As part of our customer services week activities we are holding a leadership vs management debate which will be delivered by HR. The session will give you an opportunity to find out about your preferred style by completing the leadership/management questionnaire explain the main differences between leadership and management consider in what situations a management style would be most appropriate and in what situations a leadership style would be most appropriate.
