As the nights start drawing in, now is the perfect time to make sure we're looking after our wellbeing. New government restrictions in place in order to stop the spread of Covid-19, combined with the arrival of autumn, mean that there's no better time to think about what we can do as a team to support ourselves and each other. Team Finance are brainstorming some ideas that we could do as a team to keep us connected, staying active and generally feeling good. A few options so far: - a team stepcount challenge - a short walk goes a long way when it's combined with many others! Could we collectively walk to London? Morocco? The moon?! - expanding our monthly photography competition - turning ordinary objects extraordinary, autumnal scenes, best bakes and self-portraits are just a few themes we could adopt for the Team Finance photography compeition. Why not enter this month's compeition? - regular online classes for staff to attend on Zoom - think yoga, pilates and mindulness. Sessins could be live or pre-recorded. This is our local woods, we walk this on most lunch hours, we are so lucky to have this so close. We have seen does in these trees and it is always full of birdcall and butterflies. The advantage of working from home, getting back to nature on our walks. Amanda Burgess, Cash Office, describing her beautiful photo montage on the right of this page. Got an idea? We'd love to hear if you have any ideas, or if there's something you'd like us to try and organise, and we'll do our best to make it happen.
