Business Travel Please follow the University of Edinburgh guidance on business travel which can be found here. Key Travel, our travel management supplier are still operating, although with a reduced team having furloughed the account management and group bookings teams. Agents are still available to deal with any amendments or cancellations to booking and have put a process in place on how best to do that in terms of contacting them. We are working with Key Travel, SUPC and Business Travel Association to get Refunds from Airlines. This process was electronic pre COVID but airlines have taken this from online to online and delaying the process to refund, with some airlines trying to solely encourage vouchers. For further information SUPC have created a FAQ page. The Key Travel COVID information hub offers useful updates on the situation within the sector. Cycle To Work Scheme The Professional Services team have also working on delivering a new Cycle to Work and Employee Benefits scheme to staff that will be launched soon. Crockery This contract provides access to catering sundries, such as plates, cups and cutlery for shared kitchen spaces, when they become available of course, to reduce the use of single use disposable catering materials and saving waste. You can order direct using the Sciquest platform. Survey Tools This is a free Tool available for the University of Edinburgh provided by Information Services. Consider to use before purtchasing any Survey Monkey or other licences Office Depot Following an interruption in the provision of Office and Computer Consumable supplies from Office Depot university buyers are once again able to use this supplier.
