What to do if your plan has not been set up, your card is refused, or you are in financial difficulty and have problems paying your tuition fees. Payment by the recurring card method for tuition fee instalment is due on the third of each month, additional programme costs, if part of your course, are due on the 5th of each month, as per your agreed instalment plan and will be automatically taken by the University from your card provided on this date. Do not make any other form of payment method against this instalment seven days prior to this date to prevent being charged twice. If you’ve not received confirmation of your plan Most likely, your instalment plan has not been set up because your invoice has not yet been issued. We cannot set up an instalment plan for you without an invoice. August to October is the busiest period for issuing invoices, so it may take several weeks to receive yours. This means your instalment plan may not be set up until shortly before the first payment date. If you are waiting for your payment plan to be set up and you have already contacted us, we would kindly ask you not to send any follow-up emails. This will help us get back to you sooner. If your plan has not been set up before the first payment date If you have not received confirmation about your instalment plan 7 days before the first date, you can make your first payment of 50% in a manual way.
