the Finance Systems Team and the Finance Helpline! The Finance Systems Team celebrated its first birthday on 7th January 2020. The team, comprised of the Business and Strategy and Systems Administration and Support teams, was the first new team created by the Finance Transformation Programme (FTP). This brought together the eProcurement, Systems Accounting, Financial Information Services and Payroll/Pensions Technical teams, providing an integrated approach to all finance systems administration, support, development and strategy. The Finance Helpline – also created as part of the first FTP project – celebrated its first year in operation on 21st January 2020. The Finance Helpline has received over 130,000 calls since its inception. Acting as the first point of contact for all Finance queries, the Helpline provides telephone and on-line support to students, staff, customers and suppliers, and refers queries to specialist teams where necessary.
