Finance Helpdesk

• Contact centre for the University’s Finance Department
• Integrated service desk for the University’s customers, suppliers, staff and students
• First line support for University finance systems

The Finance Helpdesk provides a first point of contact for all services offered by the Finance Department including responsibility for the help and support of financial systems (e.g. FPM, eIT, eExpenses, eFinancials, Finance Channel, eStores, eTime) and the 17,000 registered users of these systems.
