eFinancials Purchase Order training now on LEARN

The Finance Business Improvement and Skills Development team are pleased to announce eLearning is now available for eFinancials Raising Purchase Orders, Goods Receipting and Returning.

eLearn - eFinancials - Raising Purchase Orders, Goods Receipting and Returning

Using the University’s Corporate Finance system – eFinancials.  Learn how to raise purchase orders, goods receipt and return with eLearning.

To enrol:

  1. Login to Learn with EASE
  2. Click on the “Self-Enrol” tab at the top right of your screen.
  3. Click the Browse Course Catalogue button, a search window will appear.
  4. Enter the name of the course you wish to enrol onto in the search box (eFinancials – Raising Purchase Orders) and click Go.
  5. Hover your mouse pointer to the right of the Course ID, click the arrow and select Enrol.
  6. You will then be taken to a new page.  To complete your enrolment on this course select Submit.
  7. Once your enrolment has been accepted by the Instructor you will then see a confirmation message to say your enrolment was successful.
  8. Click OK and you will be taken to the course.

The course will now appear in your My Courses under the 'My Learn' tab every time you login to Learn.

Remember to complete the mandatory knowledge check at the end of your session.

If you complete the online training you do not have to attend the classroom based training.
